Shipping & Refund
- Shipping Domestic US Orders (including Canada and Mexico)
- All orders are shipped within the United States via USPS Mail.
- While we do our best to ship your order the same or next day, we ask that you please allow 3-5 business days for delivery within the United States.
- Express shipping is available at check-out and guarantees 2-day shipping to most US addresses. Orders may take 1 day of processing before they are shipped.
- We can also ship internationally by USPS but it takes a little longer to get to you and you may have to pay customs in order to receive your purchase.
Our shipping policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase date, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your bottle must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
We should be able to re-stock the item and sell it again.
Please visit the contact page to inform us that you plan to return your item. Make sure to include your order number in your message for faster processing.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned bottle. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you have received a damaged or opened bottle, you can exchange it for another one at no additional cost to you.
